I am thrilled to welcome everyone to another school year at Plank! As I step into my second year as Principal, I am honored to continue working alongside our amazing staff, students, and families. Whether you are a returning Pirate or brand new to Plank, we are so glad you are here.

This year, our motto is “Be the Light in the Storm.” Junior high comes with plenty of changes and unique challenges for our students. Our goal as educators and parents is to be a steady, positive presence that offers encouragement, hope, and support so every student feels safe, valued, and ready to grow through whatever comes their way.

What makes Plank special is simple: the people. From our school traditions and extracurriculars to what happens in the classroom every day, this is a place where students can try new things, support one another, and build lasting confidence.
